Catering - Full Moon party

I started my 2009 with a catering order for a baby's full moon party. The above is what the mama of the baby chose; a traditional package of nasi kunyit, curry chicken, red eggs, preserved ginger and angku at RM18 per pax, minimum of 30 pax. Please bear in mind, this is catering and therefore, packaging is not included...

Pea In a Pod

This cake was ordered for a baby's full moon party. It's made of orange buttercake with butter icing. Total weight is approximately 4.5kg and it was sold at RM 360.

Limelite!

This is a very light and piquant cheesecake but than again, what do you expect when the main ingredient is lime? No.. it is not painfully sour.. it is delightfully sour.. the type that makes you want to eat it again and again and again.....

This cake has a layer of very fluffy sponge cake with a generous layer of luxurious cream cheese flavoured with lime and cream, light but rich, piquant and teasing. Oh! if you are wondering what is the top layer, it is cubed lime jello.... another fun food...

LimeLite is going for RM85 and it needs to be refrigerated.
