These cuppies were made as thank you gift for guests who will be attending a 70th birthday party for a lady. The chinese believe in giving chopstick and a bowl as a symbol of good fortune. These are twister lemonade cuppies sold at RM6.50 each without individual containers.

I had a great time making these petunias with my new embossing mould. These twister lemonade cuppies were made for a group of ladies attending their monthly meeting. These were sold at RM5.50 each with a minimum order of 16 cuppies.

Thomas! On a cake....
This is another version of Thomas The Train.... Draw on the cake version.. Hehehehe.. which of course, I didnt draw.. I cut out pieces of fondant and stuck them onto the cake to make Thomas! It was indeed very fun to create Thomas. This cake weigh in at 2.2kg in Lemon buttercake flavor and was sold for RM180.

Teletubbies In The Garden
This cake didnt look complicated to make but trust me, it was! Another thing I notice is that teletubbies are not in fashion and as such, none are on sale at the moment. So, making these teletubbies with rainy days is quite a challenge but I must say, I conquered it well! Hehehe..

Dumplings - Nyonya Chang
This variant of dumpling is a lot of work! Plenty of chopping and pounding. The chestnuts have to be boiled and chopped, the candied wintermelon, mushroom and chicken have to be cubed while the spices have to fried and pounded and blended to make a perfect balance.
The easy part of this dumpling is the wrapping... Hehehe.. one scoop of rice than one scoop of filling and another scoop of rice, wrap and I am done.
These are sold at RM5 each and yes, it is expensive but hey! everything is not cheap nowadays....

One little two little three little indians.. four little five.... That nursery rhyme sprang into my mind when my customer requested for 2 sets of cupcakes with Wild wild West theme.
