Anyway, recently a friend went to Tokyo and got me some preseved Sakura flowers... The flowers are preserved in lots of salt and at the first sight, they dont look impressive but after washing off the salt and soaking it a bit, the flowers bloomed looking very pretty and delicate.. 
I have heard of this dessert but never seem to get to try it every time I go to London until my recent trip. Hehehe.. ok, the history of this came from the fact that boys from Eton, the prestigious school for the elite, eat their meringue and cream dessert by mixing everything up into a big pile of mess. After awhile, everyone follow suit because yes, it taste better to eat this mess than the conventional way... Hehehehe.. henceforth, this is known as Eton Mess.
As promised, here is Chilled Mango pudding that I made to go with those yummy prawn mee... just splendid!

What is Lurve Day without a cake? I decided to move away from the traditional chocolate thingy and have something fresh and simple! Rebel Lurve? You decide... lemon sponge with mango cream enveloped with rich whipped cream. By the way, did you see the heart on top of the cake.. it is home made using imported white chocolate... LURVE at RM20..
Miniature heart jellies for those BFF lurve.. (it is Best Friend Forever ok!) at RM15.
This is a very funky dessert! It is a marriage between a macaroons, fresh fruits and cream and the result is.... HEAVEN!

This pudding is simply luxurious! A not too rich, not too sweet, not soft, not too hard pudding.. It is a just superb pudding... smooth and velvety in texture, the right firmness and sweetness. The chocolatey flavour is simply intoxicating coupled with a very Austin Powers visual.. those psychedelic colours are a sure win theme!
You gotta try it to know why a tray of this pudding vanishes off very quickly in parties or a quiet self indulgent session! Yeah baby!! Oooo..behave!

This is a terribly yummilicious tart and definitely reserved for bold and ambitious! The combination of tanginess from lots of lemons with eggs and heavy cream to give you the "to die for" smooth velvety texture... This I must say, is very addictive!!
Minimum order of 10 tarts at RM5 each. A great way to have dessert without feeling guilty!
