Foodelicious!

This looks like a very simple cake... and yes, indeed it is! but the flavor is simply enticing.

The chocolate base is made of melted dark chocolate, chopped nutz and yummy hobnobs biscuits. This base compliments the light and refreshing cream cheese filling that is flavored with peppermint oil. It was indeed quite a challenge to get the right "combination" between the peppermint oil and cream cheese. Too little and you wont get to taste anything as cheese over powers the whole peppermint effect. Too much and you will get the stinging "tooth paste" effect which is unpleasant. Hence, the delicate balancing act! The result, the taste is simply divine... aaaahh... a feel good cake especially with lots of dark chocolate shavings on top! Life is simply luxurious...

This week is all about chocolate cake! This is another chocolate buttercake fashioned into a teddy bear for Arissa.

This cake weighs in at 2.5kg and was sold for RM220.

I like this!! The cake is covered with a "cow skin motive" with Woody and Jessie greeting Happy Birthday!... Splendid!

The customer wanted a princess cake for her daughter's 5th birthday and I came up with this.... I could have come up with a more elaborate design should I have enough time.

Anyway, this is a lemon butter cake weighing in at 2.5kg and was sold for RM280. There was an extra charge imposed for this cake as the order was given less than 24 hours.

A mama ordered this for her little girl's party.. it is school holidays again! Yay..... such fun!
