These are some of the Christmas "friends" I made yesterday for my soon to be revealed Christmas cake. A little preview of the cake will be...

It will be a not too rich, not too plain fruitcake with the right amount of rum & cognac plumped up raisins, sultanas, citrus peel, red&green cherries and home made preserved ginger all mixed up nicely to give it a "cannot stop eating slice after slice" cake... Stay tuned.....

Piggies & Gang

Nigel wanted piggies and chocolate cake for his birthday and I came up with this! The piggies are made of fondant and they are in all sorts of position! 1 of each lying down on its side, lying on its stomach, sitting down, squatting and... 1 is stuck with its butt on the cake! As for the cake, it is the awesome midnight dreamz cake...

This cake was sold at RM85.

My Christmas Treats - Rum Balls...

I love Christmas! It's the most wonderful time of the year and to celebrate those warm and fuzzy feeling of Christmas, Rum Balls always come into mind.

These little balls are "spiked" with loads of raisins and cranberries plumped up with Jamacian rum to give it a Christmasie feel. Every bite will have such little surprise treats. Tis! the season to be jolly....Fra la la la la.. la la la la...

I love the look of this cheesecake! The contrast of each layer seduces anyone to take a bite... It is made of creamy cream cheese all whipped up with cream and.... chocolates

The base is a layer of rich chocolate sponge cake, followed by a white chocolate layer than a milk chocolate and finally, a dark chocolate layer. Each layer is smooth, light and simply seducing.

Ian is a cute boy who asked for his Sesame Street Friends to come celebrate his 2nd birthday with him.....

Lemonade cuppies at RM3.50 each and minimum 25 is required to make out all friends and greetings.
