This is the children's version of adult glamour food.... Heh! Heh! Heh!... Tiramisu without alcohol.. just mascapone cream, sponge fingers, chocolates and strawberries....

Children say very yummy yummy! Such lucky children.

This set of marbled cupcakes was ordered all the way from UK for her niece here in Kuala Lumpur! What an awesome aunt who knows what her niece desire.... princess! princess! princess! Hence, a set of princess theme cupcakes for her.

These were sold at RM4.00 each with a minimum order of 16 cupcakes.

I made this for my guests recently as they are easy to make.. Creme Brulee is made with egg yolks, heavy cream and sugar and gently cook into a bain maries. The result is simply smooth and luxurious!

This cake is a carrot walnut cake with cream cheese frosting. Teddy bear and little presents are hand made from fondant.

Total weight of this cake is 3.2kg and was sold at RM220.

For one, it is a very difficult cake to make and most expensive for another. Anyway, the cake is a blend between a moist chocolate and delicious mocha cake. The blend is simply very unique with chocolate in the right balance with mocha.

The cream that sandwich each layer is a rich creamy chocolate ganache loaded with rum.... yums! The skill needed here is to make sure each layer of cake does not slide or tilt or the rich creamy delicious rum loaded ganache does not spill out at the side of each layer like some love handles!! So, to cut the story short, I had a hard time putting this cake together but....

The reviews I got for this cake made it all worth while! Much better than the RM100 I got from selling this cake... yes, it is slightly more expensive because of the nearly half bottle of rum used!

Try it and do get intoxicated! It is a very lurvely feeling.......lalalalala...
