These lemonade cuppies were made with a TWIST! They had a generous dollop of home made lemon curd inside the cupcake and topped with butter icing and some, with fondant. The taste is simply heavenly addictive!

These are sold at RM5 each as home made lemon curd are expensive to make but the taste beats commercial ones flat down anytime! The reason being is that home made lemon curd are made fresh whenever you need it and it requires a lot (I mean really a lot) of large fragrant lemons. Oh yes, there is a minimum order of 12 if you like it to be in this gift box. Minimum order of 16 is required for normal box.

That was my dinner sometime last week... chicken patty was made with minced chicken fillet and flavored with herbs from my mini herb garden, pan fried and sandwiched with lots of romaine lettuce and rocket. Since I was feeling up to it, I also made potato salad to go with my burger.

Yup, the burger was not greasy and arteries clogging and I had it with a dash of tomato sauce and home made barbecue sauce. ... simply yummilicious!

Nope.. this is not for sale. It's my dinner!!
