I wont say this is an entirely new creation as both, the mango cheese and yogurt cheese are my existing bestsellers! What I did was marry both of them and did some magic! Hehehe...
The magic I did was to reduce the biscuit crust at the bottom, add in pureed raspberries as filling for the yogurt layer and instead of having them marbled like clouds, I thought it would be nice to have them in layers. Hence, I have this not so new creation with a very uniquely refreshing taste! It is not everyday you get a perfect blend of raspberry with yogurt and mangoe cheese... Happilicious!

Yay!! My cookies are selling!! These are my first batch of cookies rolling out as gifts... Each box contains 10 pieces of cookies and are sold for RM27. I am toying with the idea of having macaroon gift pack like this too! Sweeeet Christmas!
A set of 36 chocolate twister cupcakes with strawberry filling decorated with Thomas the Train. These were sold at RM5 each.
White Nuggets is what my girl like best! It is plain vanilla with loads of chunky white and dark chocolates in them. Awesome is an understatement when you sink your teeth into these soft and chewy cookies lace with gooey chocolates.
These white nuggets are gone in minutes with children.. well, faster with adults!!
