Pavlovas

This is a very funky dessert! It is a marriage between a macaroons, fresh fruits and cream and the result is.... HEAVEN!

I have made the macaroons less sweet and thus, it is very addictive with a dollop of luxurious rich cream and tangy fruits.

These are sold at RM8 each with a minimum order of 20. Dont you go sighing about the quantity... you will finish them before you know it.

I love quiche! I love quiche with lemonade as a quick snack on hot afternoons or parties. I love quiche with a nice cup of tea on rainy afternoons all curl up by the window with a book.

I love my quiche to be simple and not loaded with lots of meat. I love my quiche to have simple fillings like fresh mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese all encast in a savory, creamy egg custard that's just right in texture.

These darlings can be made into a big pie size or easy to eat sizes like those in the not very happening photo.... Each easy to eat sizes are selling at RM6 each. Additional fillings will be entertained at additional cost.

Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

What I love about this cake is that it is very tangy, soft & feather light in texture and... it has loads of crunchy, crackling bits from the poppy seed!! You can either have it plain for afternoon teas or in the case of birthdays, lemon creame cheese frosting goes perfectly well with this cake. Overall, it is a very unique and most definitely "guilty free" cake to have anytime!

The above birthday cake was sold at RM75.

Local Delights - Kueh Lapis Gula Melaka

This is a delicious kueh.. you can get addicted eating it, piece after piece after piece and before you know it, it is all gone! It is basically the same as the traditional kueh lapis except that this uses gula melaka for the brown layer and the texture is more "bouncy", a small twist to the old fashion kueh. You gotta try it to know what I am talking about.

An 8 inch round tray of this kueh, which you can cut quite a few pieces is for sale at RM15 and it is simply perfect for parties and office do!

Dinosauraus! Is birthday time..

Another birthday cake for a very cheeky boy who turn 3 recently. His parents chose dinosaur because their little boy simply loves these cute creatures. Yes, this is a friendly vegetarian dinosaur named Dinosauraus!

This cake is crafted out of a sugee cake from head to tail weighing approximately 2.5Kg, sold at RM280.00 and by the way, the little boy named this dinosaur......Danny!

A set of cuppies for 2 girls' birthday and I made them these fun filled sugar n spice & everything nice cuppies with teddy bears in pink and brown, lollipops, baloons and must have, rosettes.

These cuppies are sold at RM3.50 each with a minimum 16.

My Christmas Treats - Noel! Jelly

I saw this mould and fell in love with it instantly! Apparently, you can bake a cake with this plastic mould but I am not keen to try.. plastic and heat spells trouble! So, instead, I have made a Noel jelly with it and I must admit, it takes skills to make those trimmings on Noel wreath.


This jelly is santan based and has all the Christmas colors making it an excellent gift during this festive season! This gift is up for grabs at RM45.

My Christmas Treats - Christmas Cake!

This is my Christmas Cake for the year. It is a fruitcake with the whole works of marzipan and fondant, all homemade. Each of these layers are just the right thickness to compliment each other and to entice you to eat and eat and eat and eat.....

This cake is for sale at RM130 and is approximately 1.7kg, just the right size as a great gift during this season of giving. Oh! by the way, if you would like the cake to be in sugee, it is possible at the same price.

My Christmas Treats - Good Tiding Cookies!

Uploading plenty pictures on blogspot is a great big HEADACHE! It has been a 4 hour tedious exercise..... Argh!


Anyway, have a look at my Christmas cookies! It is really a fun thing to do to expand your creativity. These cookies are almond cookies for a change and smell yummilicious! I kept practising great self control not to eat these cookies while I ice them..... well, I did eat a few.. I cannot resist!


So, these are going for RM36 for a dozen of each design and they are definitely a great gift for carollers, kids Christmas parties or just to make yourself happy!

My favorite Fruitcake! I have made so many fruitcakes and this is the best! The fruits are soaked in citrus juice with brandy to plump them up and every bite you will be able to taste the succulent plumped up fruits.... addictivlicious! Oh.. by the way, if you are wondering, this is not super sweet... That's what I like.

A 6inch x 6inch size fruitcake is going for RM70 without the Christmas trimmings....

These are some of the Christmas "friends" I made yesterday for my soon to be revealed Christmas cake. A little preview of the cake will be...

It will be a not too rich, not too plain fruitcake with the right amount of rum & cognac plumped up raisins, sultanas, citrus peel, red&green cherries and home made preserved ginger all mixed up nicely to give it a "cannot stop eating slice after slice" cake... Stay tuned.....
