This is a very light and piquant cheesecake but than again, what do you expect when the main ingredient is lime? No.. it is not painfully sour.. it is delightfully sour.. the type that makes you want to eat it again and again and again.....
This cake has a layer of very fluffy sponge cake with a generous layer of luxurious cream cheese flavoured with lime and cream, light but rich, piquant and teasing. Oh! if you are wondering what is the top layer, it is cubed lime jello.... another fun food...
