Ok.. in picture, this cake doesnt look like it is happening at all! But... if you do take up the challenge and order this cake, I am very sure it will be love at first bite for you. The texture is soft and moist, has lots of tiny bits of preserved ginger in it but surprisingly, it is not too over powering or HOT. Just the right amount of ginger to keep that love at first bite biting on.
To stay true to its category, this cake is in a loaf size selling at RM20. So, game for a love at first bite experience?
