This is my latest creation... a very sinfully rich chocolate cake with sinfully rich chocolate cream flavored with hazelnut liqueur and incorporated with a lot of chopped hazelnuts. It is Sin all the way....
This cake is made using a lot of melted 85% dark chocolate and cream, so much so, when it was baking, the whole house smell so deliciously wicked. If this is not sinful enough, imagine the smell of fresh cream being whipped with lots of melted dark chocolate. As I sandwich each layer of the cake with this prepared whipped cream, I drizzle hazelnut liqueur and chopped roasted hazelnut onto the cake, dress it all up with white and dark chocolate curls...
The result is... Sin! A chocolate cake seduction that is surprisingly not sweet and very tempting at RM85. It can be made into a pretty present too..

The cake is indeed very rich in chocolate yet feels clean in the mouth. This is what makes you indulge for more without thinking how sinful calories in our body!
