Crown Jewels





Don't you think this yummilicious looks like some medieval crown?

The "ring" of this crown is made of crushed biscuits that has bits of oats and almond flakes and the filling is made of yogurt and cottage cheese and swirls of blended cranberries. Yes, this is a weight conscious, guilt free indulgence for those who are constantly in "pain" after eating dessert! Hehehe..

The texture of this cake is very light and slightly tangy while the crust gives it a crunchy bite with almond flakes and oats. This is going for RM85 and you can chose your flavours either cranberries/pinacolada/kumquat.

Indeed the filling is light and tangy and springy. Very acquire texture. Clean in the mouth. Eat together with the crust. Very nice.

I love the crust! The texture of the filling is quite unique, I like it especially with the cranberry as it don't make the cake too cheesy.
