Spidey!!
Spidey was created for a 8 years old boy who is a big big fan of Spiderman. This 2 layer chocolate butter cake was decorated with fondant moulded into spiders and spiderman mask. hehehehe... And yes, William the birthday boy was extremely excited to his cake...
Spidey was sold for RM320.

Manchester United and the whole Fairies and Stars Wedding
The bride's brief to me for her wedding cake is..."Manchester United, Fairies and lots of stars" and after that, she smiled and said.."get creative and surprise me ok" And after that I never saw the bride.. Hahhahaha.... Nope, she didnt called to ask about her cake or what design I have came up with.
On her wedding day, she was so excited to see her cake and when she finally saw her cake on the stage, she giggled with glee... and her brand new husband was so thrilled. Apparently, the Manchester United was what he has requested and he was happy to have his wishes incorporated with hers.. I thought that was a good start of a marriage.
All 3 layers are made of cakes. The football field layer is made of vanilla butter cake whilst the 2nd layer with fairies is a sugee cake. The final top layer is a fruitcake which had the whole works of marzipan and liquor and all. The bride in keeping with tradition, will be keeping this layer until the birth of her first child.. hehehe.. At the end of it all, I am glad the bride loved her cake..Awesome! was her response.
This cake was sold for RM950.. and yes, the football field was left empty intentionally... hahahaha..

Wedding Gifts
Oh yes, it has been a very busy month for me! I had these cuties to get ready for delivery and thank God I had my aunt around who helped cut and wrapped and packed. At the end, all 600 pieces was ready to go sit prettily at the dinner tables of guest at Melody's wedding. Hehehehe..
This is a light fruitcake but nevertheless, terribly yummy and addictive. Have you ever heard of fruit cake being addictive?? Sigh.. I havent until I made this. An old recipe that is easy to make and didnt require a lot of work. However, it did require liquor but since there were Muslim guests in the wedding reception, the bride has thoughtfully requested for no liquor to be added.
These cuties are sold for RM4 each and just as Melody did.. you better buy more as guests will asked for more than a piece! hehehehe..

Power Rangers turned 5
A yummilicious dark chocolate moist cake for Power Ranger Justin's 5th birthday. I just cannot believe it that Justin is 5 and I have been making all his birthday cakes... hahahahaha.. I feel old! Anyway, Justin is now in school and a square cake is must easier to handle with screaming and excited kids all ready to pounce on the cake.. Hahhaaa..
This was sold for RM220 and can feed a classroom of 45 hungry kids..

Wickedly Sinful....
What got me making this was I dropped a can of dark pitted cherries and dented the tin badly. Now, you know what they say about dented tin cans.. so, with a whole can of dark pitted cherries opened, I had to quickly think of something to make with them.. hehehehe..
And since I had this horrible craving for chocolate and cheese.. I set out to make a brownie, all chocolaty with texture that is chewy marrying cheese that is rich and smooth. Halfway mixing the cheese mixture, I decided to throw in the dark pitted cherries for a good measure of flavour... While the whole "marriage" of cakes was baking, I was eagerly anticipating.. heh! heh! heh!.. The contrasting texture might just kaboomed on my face... hahahaa.

I shared the whole tray with some of my most loyal customers and their feed backs were the same.. "cannot stop eating it!" hahahahahahaa..
This is for sale at RM100 per tray measuring 9"x9"... Awesome!
