Pavlovas

This is a very funky dessert! It is a marriage between a macaroons, fresh fruits and cream and the result is.... HEAVEN!

I have made the macaroons less sweet and thus, it is very addictive with a dollop of luxurious rich cream and tangy fruits.

These are sold at RM8 each with a minimum order of 20. Dont you go sighing about the quantity... you will finish them before you know it.

I love quiche! I love quiche with lemonade as a quick snack on hot afternoons or parties. I love quiche with a nice cup of tea on rainy afternoons all curl up by the window with a book.

I love my quiche to be simple and not loaded with lots of meat. I love my quiche to have simple fillings like fresh mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese all encast in a savory, creamy egg custard that's just right in texture.

These darlings can be made into a big pie size or easy to eat sizes like those in the not very happening photo.... Each easy to eat sizes are selling at RM6 each. Additional fillings will be entertained at additional cost.

Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

What I love about this cake is that it is very tangy, soft & feather light in texture and... it has loads of crunchy, crackling bits from the poppy seed!! You can either have it plain for afternoon teas or in the case of birthdays, lemon creame cheese frosting goes perfectly well with this cake. Overall, it is a very unique and most definitely "guilty free" cake to have anytime!

The above birthday cake was sold at RM75.
