I think this Moo Moo Day cake is simply very adorable. The whole concept was from the buyer, who is an aunt to a 12 years old boy. She has never met her nephew as he has stayed in the land of the rising sun all his life and this will be the first time he is coming by to visit her! So, this is not just a birthday cake but perhaps a "getting to know you" cake too!
This is a yummilicious orange butter cake with some butter icing and some fondant. The reason I used fondant for the black portion is that the weather is terribly hot these days and colored butter icing just dont weather such heat well. The 3 friendly moo-moo friends are hand moulded and total weight of this cake is 2kg. This cake is sold for RM220
