Hehehe...Anyway, I made this in a jiffy yesterday.. got home and started with the sponge cake and while the sponge cake was baking, I went on to create the strawberry mousse...
This cake is very refreshing and the taste of strawberries is so strong.. Yummms! I must say that this is a perfect afternoon cake in such hot weather.. light and sweetish with a delicious tangy hint. This cake is sold for RM95.

The mousse is just right. Not too soft in texture. As for flavor, I like the fact that there is a hint of lemon and the tanginess brings out the strawberry flavor very well. I also like the fact that the cake is not too sweet nor is it bland like those sold in bakeries.
Overall, very very good. Very good effort.
