This is a non-baked cheesecake that is just right in richness, cheesiness, mangoness, tanginess and sweetness and the result is, the whole cake was polished off fast! You gotta try it to know why the cake got polished off fast....

Ya, another of my all time favorite kueh! Grew up eating this and have learnt to be very fussy about this kueh. It has to have the right amount of pandan and santan layer, it has to be "bouncy" but not hard and chewy and most definitely not soft and mushy. That's kueh talam to me...

This kueh is sold by per 8 inch round tray at RM25.

Here's the story.. traditionally, seafood or fish pies are made with mashed up potatoes instead of puff pastries but since mashed potatoes dont weather well with time, I improvised a bit.


This seafood pies have the usual seafood like prawns, fish, clams, crabmeat and potatoes in a creamy bechamel sauce lightly seasoned with black pepper and dill. The whole package goes superbly well with puff pastry and as you can see, a garden salad!

Each pie is selling at RM8 and a minimum order of 10 pies is required.
