Look what I did with all the fruit jams I made recently. Hehehehe...
I made some shortcrust pastry cups and filled them with jam. The 3 stripes top is filled with pineapple jam, the cross top has a generous dollop of citrus madness jam and the hexza top is filled with kumquat jam.
The verdict is...very very good! The shortcrust pastry is very crispy and light and most definitely go very well with all the different jams..
