Decided to have smething different for lunch today and made this using filo pastry with Gruyere and moazarella cheese with lots of rocket and basil and juicy tomatoes. It's relatively easy to make, the only tedious part is the lining of filo pastry but it is all worth it as the whole makeup is simply delicious! I have a feeling that this is superb for parties and tea... Hmmm....
