A big Liverpool fan requested this for his birthday..... Hehehehe... This 8 years old boy sure knows what he wanted for his birthday.. He even got all the details correct and percise!

This cake is a marbled vanilla and chocolate weighing in at 3.8kg and was sold for RM390. I was happy that the "boss" gave his approval..."Yes, you got it correct". Heh! Heh! Heh!..

This was supposed to be the cake with a gift ribbons titled A present for you and but unfortunately, the weather went cranky suddenly.. it got real humid and rainy and that is not good for fondant. So, at the last moment, I had to improvise.. create something along the line but is able to withstand the humidity and rain..

This cake was sold for RM200 and weigh in 2kg. It is chocolate butter cake if you wanna know... Hehehehe..

This is a hummingbird cake fashioned into a birthday cake for a grand lady of 82 years old! She, the birthday girl, loves hummingbird cake and what a treat it would be for her.... Her daughter threw her a surprise birthday party and I heard she was thrilled to bits...

This hummingbird cake is a southern cake with bananas from my garden, pecan nuts, crushed pineapple bits nicely flavored with cinnamon and top off with cream cheese. Yes, those tiny flowers are made of cream cheese.... This was sold for RM110.

Recent times, there were a lot of huu haa about Valentine's Day and how such celebration is immoral and is against some religion teaching. I should think that it is really not a big problem if it stop at that but for this religion to condemn and accuse another religion and link it to all sorts of immoral values, that is plain not nice. Infact, that is pure vicious!

Anyway, people should realise that it is not Love or its celebration that is immoral.. it is HUMAN! It is us who twist and turn and immoral anything and everything! So, if this certain religion has an issue with immorality, they should take it up with the CORRECT source.. and that is the people! or rather, their own type of people and leave the rest of the people out of their fanatical tentacles! Sheesh!

I have always wanted to do a cake for something lovey dovey... and in so many ways, GOD listens. I was just thinking about this the other day and the next day, I got a call from this lady who wanted a cake for an engagement party! This lady was very percise about how the design should be and color scheme and guess what?? it was similar to what I was dying to do!! Didnt I say GOD listens...

So, although the time frame given to make this cake was pretty short, I was blessed with good weather, no rain during the few days that I had to make the flowers and ice the cake. Everything was done in a jiffy and I had the cake ready before my dateline. It was a miracle! Hehehe..

This cake is a lemon butter cake weighing in at 2.75kg and is a fully covered with fondant. This cake was sold for RM250.
